DELIVERY + SHIPPING
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and again once your order has been processed and shipped. Don’t worry if you don't receive an email right away!
We will try our best to process your order as quickly as possible. During busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours to process, unless you item is on pre-order. Please note that we do not ship on UK bank holidays or weekends.
If your item is on pre-order, we are waiting for the stock to arrive but will notify you of time frames within the product description. You will then be notified by email once your item has been shipped.
Our couriers aim to deliver within the period specified. On the off chance that it takes a little longer, we cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control. If you have not received your delivery within your delivery period, please contact us so that we can look into this for you.
Free Standard UK Shipping:
Standard UK based deliveries are couriered by Hermes Couriers. You should typically allow 3-5 working days for delivery from when your order is dispatched.
All UK deliveries are tracked. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is confirmed.
International Standard Shipping:
International deliveries will incur a shipping cost which is calculated at check-out.
If you are located within the EU, allow up to 10 working days for delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, typically allow up to 15 working days for delivery from when your order is dispatched.
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to cancel your order once your order has been placed. If you change your mind then please do contact us right way in order for us to see if you are able to fulfil your request.
