We want you to love your purchase; however, we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan. We will gladly offer a refund on items returned to us within 10 days of receipt of your order and we’ll credit your original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition (unworn/unwashed/undamaged) and in its original packaging. E-Gift Cards and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock. 


  • Once you have completed your return request, simply package up your item(s) and return to the address specified. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once your return has been approved (subject to inspection), you will be notified via email. Please allow between 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.
