How do I place an order?
Once you are happy to proceed with the items placed in your ‘Cart’, simply click on the ‘Cart’ icon to review and amend your items. Once you are happy select ‘Check out’. You then have the option to enter a discount code should you have one. Then simply follow the shipping and billing instructions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you change your mind prior to your order being shipped then get in touch with us right away and we will address any concerns you may have and, if required, we will refund or amend your order. Please note that once your product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to follow the below returns process.
What is the returns process?
At TUGA we want our tribe to love their purchases. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your TUGA purchase you are welcome to a refund on exchange.
Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) and in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we have made a mistake or if the item that has arrived is defective, please contact us right away so that we can make things right.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Include a copy of the packing slip with completed returns form (we cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges).
Step 2. Mail your return to the address stated on the returns form.
Step 3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping cost, we advise tracked shipping.
