At TUGA we want our tribe to love their purchases. However we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, so should you need to return your purchase please complete a returns form and post it alongside your item(s) to the specified address.
- By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding our returns process.
- Item(s) must be returned to TUGA within 10 days of you first receiving your parcel(s), including faulty items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, earrings, gift cards.
- We do accept returns on swimwear and bodysuits provided the hygiene sticker is still attached.
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.
- If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
- If your refund is approved please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be processed before contacting us.
- If your item has been rejected by quality control due to any reasons outlined above, it will be returned back to you.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us directly and we can arrange to exchange for the same product.
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer
- Due to the popularity of our stock we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to replace.
- If you believe your item(s) is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, invoice number and photos of the fault before sending back your item(s).
